1. All work is carried out by fully trained staff. All staff carrying out consultancy and SAP are trained to at least NHER standard and have qualified the NHER Plan Assessor exams.

2. Any staff carrying out NHER SAP ratings are both qualified and registered as NHER assessors and Ardell are members of the Government approved NES energy scheme.

3. Any Staff carrying out pressure testing are under the employee of Wintech Engineering and are working solely in association with Ardell. Consequently all air leakage tests will be issued under the name Wintech Engineering, a Government approved air leakage tester and ATTMA member.

4. Ardell is a registered ECO Homes assessor and all assessments are carried out under the rules and regulations as laid down by the BRE.

5. No liability whatsoever will be accepted in any circumstance for any incorrect assessments whether the fault of the customer or Ardell or miscommunication between any parties involved.

6. Prices quoted are for a single one off assessment or test.

7. Instructing Ardell to carry out any work is subject to these terms and conditions in every case without exception.
