SAP RATINGS – SCOTLAND
Ardell have been carrying out SAP Ratings across Scotland since 1999, helping our customers achieve compliance with Part J and Technical Handbook 6 of the Scottish Building Regulations. All staff are fully up to date and competent with the recent changes and all SAP Ratings we issue are suitable for Building Warrant Approval in 2006. WHAT YOU NEED TO SEND US SO WE CAN COMPLETE YOUR SAP RATING

In order for us to carry out your assessments we require the following information:

Set of working drawings, 1.50 scale, detailing all floor plans, sections and elevations.

Detail of orientation.

Specification of insulation, heating and construction of all elements.
