Changing Building Regulations

Scotland - The new Scottish Energy regulations came into effect on 1st November 2010, f you have not yet had a copy of or fact sheet, please contact the office and we will e happy to send one out to you.

England & Wales - as above, the new Part L regulations are now in force. Our Energy Assessors are fully trained to advise you on the changes - please get in touch for further details.

Northern Ireland - Part F of the Building regulations changing again during 2011. Once they have been finalised we will submit a full fact sheet to all our regular customers.
